Ashville Pupils Celebrate Royal Wedding With Playground Picnic

Youngsters from a Harrogate school have celebrated the Royal Wedding with a playground picnic.

18th May 2018 — The pupils, aged three to seven from Ashville Prep School, dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue, wore paper crowns and carried flags, before sitting down to a lunchtime feast.

Ashville Prep School Director Simon Asker said: “Royal Wedding fever has been building all week in the school. The weather was glorious for our picnic and it was a delight to be able to sit outside in the sun.”
